Read before getting started:

*You may want to type your answers out in a Google Doc so that it auto-saves, and then paste your final questions into this form.

*At this time, you can't mix and match some generic interview questions and some industry-specific questions within the same question bank.

*Any questions that you submit will be available to ALL users of Talk Hiring, not just participants of your program. Adding organization-specific custom question sets is a feature that's high up on our roadmap, but hasn't been built yet.

*Make sure that you are adding new questions and not questions that we already support. All of our existing questions are here.

Step 2: Read examples to learn our question format

Example Question 1

  • The question summary. This will be shown in the product when users are reviewing their answers. Tell me about a time when you made a mistake.
  • The interview script. This is what our voice actors will say when asking the user the question. Tell me about a time when you made a mistake at work. Was it your fault? What did you learn from the experience?
  • The user reflection. These are questions and comments for users to reflect on their answer. Be honest and make sure to admit that you made a mistake. Focus on how the problem was fixed and any lessons that you learned for the future.
  • Is this a behavioral interview question? Yes

Example Question 2

  • The question summary. This will be shown in the product when users are reviewing their answers. How do you handle stress and pressure?
  • The interview script. This is what our voice actors will say when asking the user the question. Being an admin can be very stressful. How do you handle stress and pressure in your job?
  • The user reflection. These are questions and comments for users to reflect on their answer. Are you able to share examples of how you have handled stressful situations in the past? Does your response give the hiring manager confidence that you can handle stress well in the workplace?

  • The question summary. This will be shown in the product when users are reviewing their answers. What do you like and dislike about home care?
  • The interview script. This is what our voice actors will say when asking the user the question. I’d like you to talk about what you like about caregiving and what you don’t like. What are your favorite parts of your job as a caregiver? And what are your least favorite parts?
  • The user reflection. These are questions and comments for users to reflect on their answer. Are the things that you like the most also very relevant to the job you're interested in? Are the things that you like the least about your industry also not critical to doing well at the job you're interested in?
